The Reposturing Facial treatment is designed to restore circulation and freedom of movement to the deep facial muscles; where facial stress can lead to signs of premature aging, jaw pain and dental problems. The training will enable you to help your clients get rid of facial stress, which contributes to deep lines in the cheek, neck, lips and around the eyes. It can also help with jaw pain, TMJ disorders and headaches.

After this training you will be able to speak confidently about symptoms and solutions that you can offer to people suffering from tension-derived issues of the face, neck, chest, and shoulders. You will gain the skills necessary to be part of a solution your clients are begging for.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Chest, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, and Hands

Today's lifestyle demands cause many of us to develop chronic upper body conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, forward head posture, and posture related shortness of breath. Most upper body aches and pains are due to postural distortions that are preventable and reversible with the tools you will gain in this training intensive.

This module will show you how to maneuver and correct the position of the rib cage and shoulders to their proper position. You will be able to improve conditions such as neck and shoulder pain, rounded shoulders and shortness of breath. You will be able to restore freedom of movement and eliminate pain with long-lasting results. Your clients will celebrate your contribution to their lives.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Low Back, Hips and Pelvis

Nowhere is balance and flexibility more important for vitality and well-being than it is in the hips and pelvis. Unconventional and unprecedented, the treatment for the Low Back, Hips and Pelvis specifically isolates, then liberates, the six muscle groups that control the movement and balancing power of the pelvis.

In ways that no other somatic therapy technology can, you will be able to help your clients experience freedom of movement and improved freedom from pain in the low back and hips.

Reposturing Dynamics for the Legs and Feet

Standing, kneeling, running, walking - The mileage we put on our legs and feet takes a toll on our muscles and joints. Leg stiffness is one of the most notable signs of aging. Most knee and foot problems, such as bunions and plantar fasciitis, are both preventable and reversible.

This training module will give you the knowledge and skill to help your clients feel like dancing. You will learn to lengthen and restore the energy, mobility and circulation of the leg muscles.

Reposturing Fitness in the Weight Room

The Reposturing Fitness training modules teaches you how to teach the exercises and stretches that enhance good posture. Inside a gym or doing workouts at home, with or without gym equipment, you will be able to help your clients take control and maximize their results. You will be able to effectively work with fitness and health care professionals in a niche that helps them create better outcomes.

Most important, you will learn how to recognize postural imbalances and prescribe the specific exercises that will be unique to your client’s condition and give more value for their investment.

Reposturing Massage
NEXT CLASS: December 18 9am-6pm

Reposturing massage is developed to enable the Posturist and massage therapist to give a relaxing therapeutic treatment that contributes to postural balance and does more to gently balance stress patterns and disperse tension.

Reposturing massage goes the extra mile to include toes, ears, chest, and hands in addition to the larger muscle groups.
